REGISTERING AT DOT You are required to register at DOT if you would like to place an order with us. Registering will allow visitors to enjoy quick checkouts as you can automatically choose your delivery address and preferred shopping information. Please click 'REGISTER' on the right hand side of our website. You will need to provide your name, postal address, e-mail, telephone number and enter a username and password. You will be able to add multiple shipping addresses, these will be saved in your profile. We can ship to anywhere in the world but if your country is not included in the available countries for registering please contact us at You are now registered at DOT and will be able to start shopping!


MY PASSWORD In order to change your password please log into your account. Please click on ‘MY ACCOUNT’ found on the right hand side of the website and then ‘Change my password’. If you forget your password click 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?'. You will need to enter your username (sent to you by email when you registered) and email, and you will receive an email from DOT with your new password. For your own security, we recommend changing your password the next time you sign in to the shop.

Each item may have a different size or colour, so please click the respective buttons to choose the correct one for you. Add as many items as you want to you shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to shopping basket’ button next to the products. Before you finish shopping press ‘display shopping basket’ at the right side of the navigation bar so you can review everything you chose. Here you can edit quantities and add or delete items, and if you change any of these you will need to click 'update' before proceeding. You will then have to choose the Delivery and Payment methods.

Delivery - please choose the region for delivery. You will only need to choose the region and the shopping basket will automatically charge you for delivery according with how many items you have bought and the region it will be sent to. Please see below information on delivery charges and times.

Please note that your order will be sent via registered mail, so your package will need to be signed for once it is delieverd. If there is no one at home during the day you can add a new delivery address to your account, so for example have your package delivered to your office address.  

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay in delivery.

Payment - All prices are quoted in Euros (€) or GBP (Sterling pounds) for deliveries in the UK, and are inclusive of sales tax (VAT), the current rate is 23%. If you live outside the European Community your sales tax will be 0. This will be reflected in your invoice total. Please note that for International orders customs or import duties may be levied onto your order once the parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as they differ from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

We accept payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (easypay). If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer our account details are found in the shopping basket. Please introduce your order number (sent to you by email when your order is placed) as a reference when you make your payment.  We will need this information in order to identify your payment once it has gone through.

If you pay through Paypal you will be forwarded to the PayPal site in order to pay with your credit card using a secure connection. All entries and verifications of your payment are conducted and saved solely by PayPal. Please do not close our browser window during payment as you will be forwarded to our shop automatically after successful payment. To find out more about Paypal please read further below.

If you choose to pay with Credit Card (Easypay), you will receive an email once the order is placed, with a website link where you can safely introduce your card details.

If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please email us with your contact telephone number and we will contact you ASAP.

How do I know my order has gone through? You can always check your order status at out website, by clicking on 'MY ACCOUNT' and then 'Query order status'. We will always send you an email conformation acknowledging your order. This will include an electronic receipt which you may print out to keep for future reference, details of the goods ordered, your delivery address, your delivery region and payment method. If you do not appear to have received anything from us please also remember to check your spam/junk/bulk mail folders.

SHOPPING LISTS If you're not ready to buy the items immediately you can add them onto your Shopping list. When you next log onto your account the items you chose will be in your shopping list. Please note that we are not able to reserve these items so they may sell out.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS All items are subject to availability. Our website will inform you if an item is out of stock. For specific requests please do not hesitate to send us an email.


GIFT PACKAGING AND MESSAGES DOT will send all its baby products in a fabric bag, whether it’s just an item you are buying for your baby or a present for a friend. However if you are buying a gift and would like to include a message please email us as soon as you place your order. You must tell us your order number and advise which message you would like to send. We’ll hand write your message in a note card and send it with your gift.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES We are sure you will be very pleased with your order but if you are not entirely happy we will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, within 15 days of receipt with proof of purchase. If you are returning an item to us, the cost of the return and condition of item is your responsibility. If a return is a result of our own error we will pay for the return postage. The item(s) are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We will send an e-mail to you once the return has been processed.


RECOMMENDING AN ITEM How does the service work? This facility allows a user to e-mail links to pages on our site recommending a specific item. When visualizing the detail of an item all you need to do is press the link 'RECOMMEND PRODUCT', fill out the form and press 'SEND'. Users can include a personal message together with the item information. You may also choose to receive a copy of the message sent. Privacy policy: Please note that the e-mail addresses entered are only used to send product recommendations in your name. We will not save the information or use it for other purposes.


MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES - You will be able to add to your account multiple shipping addresses, that will be saved in your profile. Your invoice address will always be the address you registered with us for the first time. Please note you can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.


MY ACCOUNT If you sign in to your account and then press 'MY ACCOUNT' you will be able to: manage your personal data such as email, add or change your delivery addresses, change your password, query your order status and manage your shopping lists.
